All shipping is via Insured USPS Priority Mail and usually takes
2 -3 days.
You can place your order online via a secure server so your privacy and security
is guaranteed. DivaChic keeps all of your information confidential and does not
sell or redistribute your personal information or email address.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but understand there are times you may not like your purchase for some reason. You may return or exchange items within 10 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. It must be in its original condition for a refund or exchange. There are no returns on seasonal items. Items that were damaged after being shipped to you will not be accepted. Items shipped outside of the US or Canada are not returnable.
To make a return, please e-mail diva@divachic.net. After approval of the return, please ship the item back. You are responsible for any damage to the item in return transit, so it is recommended to send it insured. Once the item is received in its original condition, your credit card will be credited with the price of the item. Our shipping and insurance costs will not be credited back to your account.
